2. What are your rates?
I offer quality copywriting at affordable rates, by the project or by the hour. Because
copywriting projects vary in length and complexity, we’ll agree upon a rate after an initial
consultation. Each project rate includes all necessary meetings (in-person or over the
phone), research, brainstorming, writing, editing, and up to two rounds of revisions.
Positive attitude, reliability, and flexible, friendly service are included at no extra charge!
3. What if we are located in different parts of the country?
Thanks to modern technology, it's not a problem! I literally work with clients from coast
to coast – from Massachusetts to Catalina Island, off the coast of Southern California.
4. Can you revise existing copy?
Yes, I specialize in putting a fresh, new twist on existing copy that will add life to your
project and boost your sales.
5. Have you been published?
Yes. Aside from my commercial writing projects, I have written numerous travel and lifestyle
articles for publications such as Sunset Magazine, Huntington Beach Magazine, San Diego
Family, Lake Arrowhead Magazine, and many others.
6. What is your turnaround time for a project?
Just as each project is unique, so is the turnaround time for completion. We’ll agree
upon a deadline at our initial meeting, and you can rest assured that it will be met!
7. What is your professional experience?
With more than 15 years experience in marketing, public relations, and copywriting, I
approach each project with strategic thinking, clear writing, and a “no hand holding
necessary” approach. Prior to launching Mountain Media, I was the Director of
Communications for the Catalina Island Chamber of Commerce, and before that, the
Marketing Communications Supervisor and Senior Copywriter for Day Runner, Inc. I have
a BA in English from Long Island University, Southampton, as well as an Associate’s
Degree in Advertising & Communications from the State University of New York.

9. What is your process?
Hiring a freelance writer is all about making your life a little easier! Simply contact me
and we’ll set up an initial meeting (either in person or over the phone) to discuss your
goals, timeline, and the best way to reach your audience. Once we’ve determined what
needs to be done, Mountain Media will provide a project estimate. You will promptly
receive an on-target first draft of your project.
